Very low if you are just occasionally downloading stuff overlooked by Peer
Guardian.
Providing you don't have thousands of files available for up-load you should
be OK.
When it's finished loading move the file from your down-load folder to a
non-shared folder. But be fair about it - get your share ration above 1.5
then move it otherwise the whole torrent system fails.
Knowledge is the thing - know what you are doing :-)
It is the hero up-loaders that need to be very careful.
