I am trying to do an s-video dub from my PVR "archive" output to my Sony DVD
recorder (model as above.)
If I select s-video output from the PVR and s-video input on the DVD
recorder then I get patterning and interference when I monitor the DVD
output on the TV.
So I am currently forced to archive form PVR to DVD in composite, where
there is no patterning.
The PVR "archive " output only gives s-video or composite.
The Sony DVD Rec Line 3 input says it can accept RGB/video or S-video.
I have the following interconnect:
Archiving output of PVR connected to the DVD recorder into its "Line 3" I/O
scart.
Main output of the PVR scarted into the TV (input 1)
Output of Sony DVD rec (line 1) scarted into TV (input 2).
If I knew what the various ins and outs on the Sony were it would help. Any
one any idea how I can do an s-video dub?
Thanks
