charters but ordinary posts made by trolls like you.
The official charter made in October of 95 says no spam but that has long
since been UPDATED

My mistake, thre is no charter but there is a guidelines for aus.dvd which
clearly states that Comm posts are allowed along with Auction, Forsale,
WTD for wanted etc...
