1. Yes, see 2.
2. Just add the markers in DVD Studio.
Notes: in FCP you must add chapter markers in the timeline or canvas.
You can concatenate in DVD studio.
You can save time by exporting with Compressor
directly to MPEG video and Dolby digital audio.
