Well, it looks like no amount of evidence on my part, or Peter's part,
will overcome your all-consuming self interest.
But that should come as no surprise since your very first post to
aus.dvd was spam, although you cynically attempted to disguise it as
some kind of magnanimous gesture:
http://groups.google.com/group/aus.dvd/msg/f9399e80804e6d18?hl=en&
>There is no charter for aus.dvd

The rules for any newly created group are stipulated in the very first
post to that group:
http://groups.google.com/group/aus.dvd/msg/f2c77e67ab9d2067?dmode=source&hl=en
The CHARTER is clearly outlined therein.
Later Andrew Brierley writes:
http://groups.google.com/group/aus.dvd/msg/c5f7525f1aeb44bb?dmode=source&hl=en
=======================================================================
The charter has been there since I started the group in March 98, it
is here:
http://www.ozemail.com.au/~brierley/dvd/Charter.html

Andrew

Unfortunately Andrew's link is now dead, but his statement proves that
there *was* a charter. The fact that this charter has not been
included at aus.news-admin.org is a regrettable oversight, no doubt
because "ausadmin is a volunteer effort".
The aus.admin site states that "prior to [2nd April 1998], aus.*
control messages were posted by Phil Herring, and even earlier, by
Robert Elz." Obviously some control records were lost in the handover
of responsibilities.

I never made that accusation. I accused you of being a spammer, which
you clearly are, even by your own definition (1 COMM per week).
