"Feast" - Black comedy played straight. Great character intro sequence and
fantastic monsters!
"28 Weeks Later" - Just out at the flicks and, while not as good as "28 Days
Later", still has some great set pieces.
"Sheitan" ("Satan") - Unsettling French film with lots of incest and
inbreeding...
"Ils" ("Them") - Another French movie with husband and wife menaced in an
isolated country house
"Isolation" - Indie UK horror film with mutant cow embryos menacing three
people on a farm!
"Altered" - SF/horror as a lethal alien is captured in the woods by a bunch
of rednecks...
"Night Watch" and its sequel "Day Watch" - Big-budget Russian fantasies with
spectacular visuals but rather complicated plots...
"Reeker" - Goes a bit stalk-n-slash but atompsheric and twisty with a genius
opening five minutes...
In fact, your best bet is to check out this site:
http://www.upcominghorrormovies.com/
It reviews all the latest horror films - they are even categorised
(vampires, werewolves, demons, serial killers, supernatural, etc.)...
Enjoy!
