How would you define high-res? I believe that you cannot capture 'high-res'
stills from video, because the resolution of the video is not 'high-res".
If your question is, 'How can I capture a still from video,' then, the
answer is that just about every video editing program has such a capability
that does about as good a job as possible. Last year there was an article
in DV Magazine (or one of the other industry pubs) that described ways of
preparing/enhancing these still-frame captures for printing. Sorry, but I
don't remember the details of the recommendations.
