Muscle contraction is normal eye strain, like in reading in a poorly
lit room
the kind that all you have to do is stop watching as much
soon enough and things will go back to normal. As for the rest of your
comments educate yourself correctly before posting. Better yet visit
your optometrist and get some info before saying anything more.
