You could just copy them from the My Music folder of the PC that was
used for importing the CDs, employing the iPod as a 'dumb' usb drive.
Alternatively if not enough space, or all the tracks are already on the
iPod you could use SharePod for iPod to Windows transfers:

There is no copy protection.
