And I never suggested it could -- you missed the word "software" -- feel
free to substitute "program" if it aids in comprehension.

I think the OP meant Hi-Res in referring to Hi-8 or S-VHS, maybe even HDTV.
I dunno. Only the OPP knows what was actually meant.
