I use Adobe Encore, which has a few versions of the standard copy
protection options in the burn settings. As pointed out, though,
pretty much all copy protection methods have been cracked. I still
use it with my own video productions. Keeps the amateur from putting
my stuff all over the internet. Encore is pretty pricey, but it has
most of the good professional features.
