Silly questions I know, but...
1. Do you absolutely know for a fact that the switcher isn't
defective? I.E., is it a known good switcher? Can you swap it for
another of the same make and model and see what happens?
2. Have you tried feeding this switcher from a different camera, or a
different source of any type such as a deck?
3. Have you tried this same switcher and this same camera but with
different inputs on the switcher?
4. Have you tried this same switcher and this same camera but with a
different cable? And do you have the ability to try different
connection types - SDI, component, etc., to see if you get the same
results with each?
