Even 5% faster seems like it would be just a tad noticeable when, say,
people in the UK are watching a U.S. movie.
Hmm, what about vice versa? When I watch a (UK) Jonathan Creek
episode in my region-free DVD player, am I watching it 5% slower? Or
does it speed back up when it gets converted to be shown on my NTSC
TV?
