And for random episodes at that, it's not like Rhino started with the first
4 episodes and continued from there, but just released collections
containing episodes from anywhere in the show's run, causing some
continuity issues between eps. Still, they were better than nothing, and
it's a shame the volumes weren't continued and went out of print.
However, Chris Elliot mentioned a few years back in an interview that he
had recorded some commentaries for a full first-season box set, so a new
release was in the works at least. According to the same interview the set
is being held up by legal issues:

I got my volumes for about $9 each when they were released from reel.com,
what with the 50% discount and free gift certificates the site was giving
away. www.dvdpricesearch.com lists the MSRP as $19.99, but it's possible
the releases had a MSRP of $29.99 when initially released. Anything higher
is very unlikely though,
