A number of years ago, Cartoon Network ran the anime mini-series, Blue Sub
#6. Some of the characters smoked. Since Cartoon Network has a strict
"no smoking" policy for their daytime shows, they simply digitally erased
the cigarettes. This would have been fine...but they left the smoke clouds
behind, leading some to wonder how it was cold enough for some of the
characters' breath to show up when the rest of the folks were complaining
how hot it was outside.
