I have Pinnacle Studio AV 7 and the DC10+ MJPEG capture card left
over from my 98SE computer - I now running XP-MCE2005.
It would be convenient, and cheap, to install the DC10+ card in
my new computer, and use it to capture analog video. But the XP
drivers for the DC10+ available from Pinnacle require that you first
install Studio. I really don't want to do that. Studio 7 was such a
terrible, buggy piece of crap even under 98SE that I don't even want
it installed on my machine (if that's even possible in the first
place).
Is there a stand-alone XP driver for the DC10+ that would allow me
to use VirtualDub or something like that to capture with?
Does anyone here have a DC10+ working in XP? How did you do that?
