You must have missed the part where the problem for some Blu-ray
players was fixed by a simple firmware update.

Contrast this with Hd-DVD, where 33% of Matrix owner reported problems
even PLAYING the title and either had to RETURN it or BOIL AND SCRUB
the discs...

I mean, how SAD is that????
