Problem - Cannot import files into Video Vault 3.0, (X Software)
This software is installed on XP Pro Computer (SP2). I have encountered
a problem importing video files (located on HD) into the vault.
To recreate problem:
1. Open Program
2. Click on Import File (and select video file) and Open
3. Click to Select video (center screen)
4. Click on Start (to import video into vault.
5. At this point the "Import File and Conversion Screen" briefly
flashes and the program closes. Same results with all types of files
(avi, mpeg, wmv etc.)
This is an excellent program in many respects and I would dearly like
to know how to repair this problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what
the problem could be, or had a similar problem with this product?
