Sounds like you got it all sorted out.
Does the rental company sign off on your design?
You know, for not much more money, you can buy or rent a 3500w
generator that could be dedicate to craft services and production
support. This leaves the main generator to production.
Will you be charging batteries and / or be utilizing a video village
in the field?
