Try the following might work with this model
1. Turn on the player
2. Press "MENU"
3. Press "CURSOR DOWN"
4. Press "0"
5. Press "MUTE"
6. Press "PREVIOUS CHAPTER"
7. Press "NEXT CHAPTER"
8. Press "MENU"
9. Turn the player off and on again
