"Toggle Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction", on the bottom of the composition
display panel, does the trick... as far as the display goes.

Still having trouble getting it to export. No HDV option offered.
There is a h.264 option, but, when exported to a Quicktime wrapper, did
not produce 16.9.
