There are a few (large, wealthy) churches that use a video server such
as imageserver 2000 (360systems) to capture and playback. This lets you
set 'in' and 'out' points very easily for a clip.
There are simpler, cheaper video capture methods to grab video frames
to computer and playback. Once you have the capture you can edit.
Some of the web playback are in 'flash' format, so you have to play it
on a computer, capture the video output from the computer and go from
there - not the simplest method but workable for short materials.
