Gee, AlmostBob ---- thanks! I NEVER would have thought to paw thru 630,000
google entries to find the answers to my questions . . . what a goldmine of
information!
As for your first link, I'd actually already tried finding something useful
there. Outside of the fact that it's poorly set up, it soon became clear
that answers to basic questions wouldn't be found there ---- it appears to
be a forum for folks who've been using emule for quite a while.
Fortunately, a kindly and informative person has emailed me with some
answers to my questions. If he (or she) hasn't read my reply email, I'll
take this opportunity to thank him (her).
Thanks again for your efforts, too, AlmostBob . . .
