Others have contributed good ideas but here's a wrinkle no one has
mentioned yet. A number of years ago I was asked by my employer at
the time to photograph the staff of our 200-person airline call-centre
at work and put together a multimedia show to project on the wall at
the Christmas party we held for our travel agency clients - sort of a
"meet the face behind the voice on the phone" kind of slide show.
After the shoot I was approached by a couple of people in the office
who were also film and TV actors and as such were members of AFTRA and
SAG. They insisted we could not use any shots including their
likenesses without permission and threatened to get the unions
involved if we didn't comply. It turned out that we were able to
resolve everything amiably but you might want to be forwarned that
surprises like that can come at you from left field.
