Just ship it to a third world country where they'll take what they can
and toss the rest into the river!

TV sets should not be given away, they must be melted down and otherwise
recycled responsibly.

If old tv were ground up and distributed all over the US every single
water supply would be poluted! (of course, if you keep using them then
every single mind will be poluted ;-)
