Is it possible to convert video from a DVD+RW or DVD-RW to DVD-RAM by using
a PC having drives that can read DVD(+-)RW and write DVD-RAM?
(I want to move video from a HD-Recorder that can write DVD(+-)RW (and
DVD(+-)R but not DVD-RAM) to a HD-Recorder that can read DVD-RAM (and DVD-R
but not other DVD types).
It is of course possible to use DVD-R, but of economical reasons I would
very much prefer to use rewritable media for the data transfer.
