Hi, hopefully someone can help me with an ongoing problem I am having
with my Canon XM1. After comparing some footage of mine with someone
elses XM1 footage, I noticed how grainy and un-sharp my footage is. I
have tried a head cleaning tape but it still has the same problem. It
causes all colours to be slightly faded and dark colours to be
especially grainy. I have uploaded a full quality sample video clip

Would be great to hear of any suggestions or reasons to why my footage
