Thanks Sanppar and Kinba, I appricate you're honesty and help! I saved
your links and sent then to my computer addy and will certainly check
them out:)



I had the one plan but reciently went with cable hook up. I still plan
to keep webtv at least for a while till I learn more... Heck I may keep
it till webTV is no more... I'd hate to lose all the good people and
friends in the webtv community!


What I'm thinking I could do is open another mail just for posting in
the computer help groups and and then if I do get spam just let that
mail fill up, same as I've done with webTV.


Not sure if that can be done on a computer or if my original mail will
still show but I'll contact MSN and ask!



The next thing I need to figure out after I figure out how to find and
then get into the computer groups is security and how I can be as safe
as possable so I don't get spammed or hacked.


I read some where but can't find the url again is how to block your I.P
or maybe it was I.S.P so a hacker can't read it and hack into your
puter. ... Had some thing to do with turrning off java, javascript and
cookies and using proxy's but that's all greak to me.


I just can't figure out why coputers have to be so complicate and can't
be set up as secure and easy to use as webTV is set up....lol
