It peeves me when people use the wrong version of that word, saying or
writing the anthropoid animal when they mean the word "guerilla"
derived from "war fighter", in the style of anarchistic,
unregimented, hands-on rag-tag rebel jungle combatants, or film makers
that work in such a way, metaphorically at least, on short budgets
with much improvisation. I don't know the specific program and if it
really IS named Gorilla, if that is an inside joke, or if that's a
typo or what. But usually, it's the typo I read, and it just sets me
off abotu as bad as "new-que-lahr".
The second thing that peeves me is people trolling to buy or trade
"warez" or "cracked" versions of programs. They deserve the viruses
and trojans that come along with their "free lunch".
