Yeah yeah yeah... read the thread, twit. I already said that
dictionary definitions, and using them as a response were not valid.
That fact that you cannot see why further makes my view more pertinent.

Absolutely not. It processes.
The CPU on a Computer "processes", however, what makes it a "computer"
is how we interact with it.
THAT is the difference between a computer and a micro-processor
controlled hardware device.
By your definition, even an analog op amp is a computer.
Take a step back and re-examine your position.
