Run the video signals through an amplifier that'll switch video for
you as well as audio? (Denon offers that capability.) Dedicated video
switch box? (Try http://www.keene.co.uk/ or
http://www.lektropacks.com/ - it's the sort of thing I'd expect them
to sell.)
