Sad choice. You need Vista Ultimate to utilize the video card properly
as well as play back HD media in an HD reader at full resolution.

32" and higher, dude. With that video card... you wouldn't regret it.
Keep it an HD choice though. Nowadays... preferably 1080p.
And NO, Vista is NOT a dog. Works flawlessly on gear like that which
you describe.
