Both of you are correct. However, DVD Video files must be burned in a
particular manor to be a legitimate DVD that will play on any
stand-a-lone player. RecordNow automatically creates the correct format
whenever it senses you are burning a DVD. If you use NERO, and try to
burn a DVD as a DATA disc, you will get a warning, and the resulting
disc will not play.
