BTW, as long as you're figting your "crusade", keep in mind, he's been
"embarrassing" himself on the group for eight years. At least that I
know of.
(Hence the "Back to your Metamucil, grampa!" jokes every time he tries
the "No top-posting" gag, or whines about why none of his ol' favorite
90's posters are around anymore.)
We already ignore him, we're just trying to fight the question of how do
you STOP his perpetual AV Geek adolescence from wanting to talk about
all those cool twenty-year-old laserdisk players he owns?
We came to a good momentum about three months back, and every time the
spotlight's on him, he changes his screenname and pretends to be a "good
boy" again--Until one of the regulars tells him to go away again, and
his face lights up with "Ain'tcha gonna fight me now? @_@ "
Yes, we know that among the zoology of Usenet responders, there is the
"Crusader of Justice"--Problem is, they've never heard of killfiles, and
keep feeding trolls three square meals a day with a big long-handled spoon.
Please stop, and join us Smart Folk who *almost* finally killfiled to
the brink of non-existence last spring.
