I'm not to sure if I fully understand your question - so this is what I
think you are after.....
You want to transfer or copy the *contents* of a hard disk into a new hard
disk that is in
the DVD recorder that has been repaired - ie they replaced the original
machine including the hard disk?
So do you have the original HDD?
If yes then it may be possible.
What is the size or capacity of the original hard disk?
maybe you could clarify..
