Rar is not a music format, rar is an archive, a compressed form. opens with
WinRar to extract the compressed files, which then play in any media player.
Scan the archive and the extracted files. mp3 and mp4 files are already
compressed, often the only reason to use a compression program is to include
something other than the media file.
