Well, BH is certainly in a froth today! :)
But his credibility about formats is certainly in question too. His
preview of the new HDDVD players just announced was so incorrect that it
was laughable.
His bias towards Blu Ray is very strong regardless of all his
protestations to the contrary.
Fox has just announced a whole slew of new releases coming, but then
they've done that before with no actual releases. I'll believe this one
when the titles show up in the stores.
What this really means is that the 'format war' for the 2% market share
that these two formats have will be in full swing for the holidays.
Personally I hope it keeps going. This war is the only thing that got
prices down to their current levels.
IMO, if the format war ends tomorrow, the consumer is screwed!
