I am an attorney in California and am currently investigating a
potential class action against various portable DVD manufacturers who
misrepresent the battery life of their players. We also looking at a
potential class action against Energizer and other who sell the
supplemental battery packs for these players. We have received
several reports that these batteries rarely last even close to their
advertised life.
