There are a few of those programs floating around on the various P2P's
Or places like download.com
one is ASF AVI RM MPEG WSM repair.
(hey, I didn't name it)
However most of these "fixer" programs I have tried merely crop out the
corrupted sections, so you end up with missing content.
And it's not unusual to lose 99% of the file, but if the file is
irreplaceable it may still be a valid/last chance option.
However as with all working programs on P2P beware malware and viruses.
