These may be given's but.
#1. copy the file, and fix the copy in case it totally F's it up (it
happens).
#2. if it does have major gap, don't share it, or at least add (partial
file) or similar warning to the file name.
#3, try the same file (copy) with several "fixers", some handle different
problems better than others.
