Later versions of Nero have a bit called "Nero Recode". It seems to
shrink DVD9 to DVD5 OK. Thats for video DVD, I don't think it does
data DVD. However it needs the iso to be broken down, as it asks you
to specify the VIDEO_TS folder.
If you already use Winrar to put together downloaded files, you can
also use it to open an ISO. (Right Click, Open With etc.)
