However, when I insert them, I don't get the normal re-action which
is: 'opening' of the 'what to do' with the cd/dvd?
The icons for the drives remain inchanged whereas previously they
would become larger...indicating that something had happened.
When I insert the cd/dvd it seems that the computer starts to read it
and then just stops/becomes inactive....?
