It's not so much a matter of quality for most of these,
as they are just the up to date versions of several codec.
For some of the components, you might have commercial
implementations you may want to keep.
You should have made a restore point before installing
any major package like this.
As to uninstalling existing codec you will have to make
that decision for each one, if you have paid for an advanced
version of a commercial product that provides a version you
want to keep then don't delete the existing one. In most
cases though, you want to replace any existing one with the
latest version.
