I was wondering if anyone could tell me what cheap or free software
could be used to create animated graphics. I watched the documentary,
"this film is not yet rated," and I liked how when they had a large
amount of names they displayed them one by one on the screen then re-
arranged them as the screen filled up until the screen was filled with
names. I also would like to do have some animated graphs that move
over time.
have any suggestions?
I'm doing a documentary
