Sorry, sent before finishing. The process works the same in reverse;
the NLE software can import a folder full of sequentially-numbered
frames in most still image formats and will lay them ontoa video
track for you. The only caution is that the first frames start with
enough zeroes. Meaning, first frame of 300 should start with 001, then
002,003, etc. If you start with just a single digit, those frames get
placed out of order.
On the PC side, Vegas is very popular.
