You didn't state that as a "must have" but as a "it would be nice".
Either way, it is pretty useless...one of the primary benefits of
using an MP3 database manager is to *avoid* the necessity of
particular files being in a particular place.
The first two at least allow you to move/copy things. Via drag &
drop? I don't recall but I suspect the first one does.

Uhhh...create a playlist catagory. Uhhh again...put in in an unused
ID3 tag field. Uhhh last...with MP3 Rat, make them key words.
Frankly, I doubt you have thoroughly explored any of the programs I
linked.
