Actually, that's good point (and I have a question). I don't think I've put
more than between 200 and 300 hours on the drum. Is that considered "low
hours" by professional standards? I realized, too, that I have a slew of
VX2000-specific accessories (rain cape, extra long-life batteries, good WA
lens, etc.) so I could probably net enough for the HV20, a new rain cape
(which I assume would be cheaper because it is much smaller) and a couple of
batteries.
