Since I didn't answer on your first question, I'll do it in this one, so
you have the feeling you didn't re-post for nothing (if you ask the
question again, I will k/f you though ;-) ).
Lost red, is lost red. You can't really add it with your software. You
better spent the money in constructing a nice underwater light, to bring
the reds back with you on the surface. Pulling up the gain of something
which is hardly there, will not really do much, and giv very noisy
pictures.
