Actually, for Bewitched, Sony offered subtitles in Spanish, Chinese,
Portuguese, and Thai on the Color release, while only offering English
captions on the B&W release. On top of that, while the US got both
versions, they only released the color version in some other countries. So
while in the US we get the option, people who speak other languages or live
in other countries are "forced" to take the Color release.
