I once bought a used DVD and the seller had taped the DVD to the
center post so it would not come loose and get scratched during
shipping.
The problem was that there was a slight amount of goo on the center
of the DVD which I did not see.
The disk would not eject as it was stuck to the clamp on top.
That required taking the case apart, and then the disk was
easy to get to.
That's probably the worst case scenario. If you aren't handy with
tools or are a bit nervous about doing this see if you have some
techy friends that will do this for you.
